Children’s Network
Durham County Council maintains a register of information for children and young people with disabilities. This is what we call the Children's Network. Children can be registered from birth until their 19th birthday and registration is entirely voluntary. Children's Network provide information and organise free fun day events for members and their families.

Contact a family provide advice, information and support to the parents of all disabled children.
Making Changes Together Durham
Making Changes Together Durham is for parents and carers of children with disabilities or additional needs.
Parent Partnership
Parent Partnership offers support to parents of children with special education needs through our Parent Partnership Service.
Park House
Park House is a Durham County Council short break centre which has been established in partnership with Isos Housing for disabled children and young people.
