Carewell - a partnership between Bupa, Carers UK and MEND, is a new website designed to encourage and support carers to make positive changes to be healthier and happier. Drawing on the tips from carers and health experts Carewell pulls together a range of information, support and guidance aimed at helping to improve the health and quality of life for carers themselves.

NHS – Carers Direct

NHS Carers Direct - Wellbeing offers information, advice and support to carers. 

PALS (Patients Advice Liaison Service) - NHS

The Patient Advice and Liaison Service offer confidential advice, support and information on health-related matters to patients, families and carers.

The Princess Royal Trust for Carers - days out together
